Shipping & Tracking

A few products ship from our CA warehouse taking 3-4 days for delivery while others ship from China taking around 12-25 business days for delivery due to the current pandemic.

 

Deliver time & Shipping rate 

All States: 8-12 business days for standard shipping. (Free shipping on order price $25 & UP through USPSDHL, UPS, FedEx). Otherwise, pay $2.99 shipping fee will be charged, or pay $7.95 for your order delivered within 3-4 days time.

Europe: 15-18 business days for standard shipping. (Free shipping on order price $25 & UP through DHL, UPS, FedEx). Otherwise, a $3.99 shipping fee will be charged, or pay $7.95 for your order delivered within 4-5 days time.

Canada: 15-18 business days for standard shipping. (Free shipping on order price $25 & UP through DHL, UPS, FedEx). Otherwise, a $3.99 shipping fee will be charged, or pay $7.95 for your order delivered within 4-5 days time.

Australia: 12-15 business days for standard shipping. (Free shipping on order price $25 & UP through DHL, UPS, FedEx). Otherwise, a $3.99 shipping fee will be charged, or pay $7.95 for your order delivered within 4-5 days time.

 

Shipment processing time 

All orders will be processed and shipped out within 12 hours.

Shipping & tax charges for your order will be calculated by your order price and displayed at the checkout page. Customers in the US, Australia, Canada, are with tariffs, tax-free.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by 2-3 days (rarely occurs). Please allow a few additional days in transit for delivery. 

 

Shipment confirmation & tracking

You will receive a shipment confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) to track HERE. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

 

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Lovecatmore.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes(tariffs & tax-free for US, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and Singapore customers) applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. We will allow one free resend if the package was returned to the sender. however, if it gets sent back to us the second time, we will retain the shipping fee incurred. For a 3rd attempt, an invoice will be sent with the shipping price. (Applies to international and domestic orders)
